The Company was incorporated under the laws of Nigeria in August 22nd, 2000 and RC No: 387826, with a corporate goal of offering and maintaining sustained professional excellence and sound business practices in all its areas of operation.
The company was incorporated under the laws of Federal Republic of Nigeria Company and Allied Act of 1990 with a solid share capital base and has refocused it’s commitment to support the industrial, Oil & Gas sector of the economy. Our engineering/fabrication services sector incorporates grit/sandblasting and corrosion control/scaffolding/welding, fitting and piping.
Our certified personnel and equipment bring our expertise into the industry. Prokleen in partnership with Silverwing Africa inspects tanks for conformity with all international construction codes and standards, such as API, BS, DIN, ASME, RTOD and is accredited according ISO 9001/2008.
